Title plan = whole flat ground floor. Notice raised.

Really hoping that someone can help. 
The title plan of the lease of the property I'm purchasing reflects the entire ground floor of the building rather than just the individual flat. This therefore does not match the lease and my solicitors will not proceed with the sale. 
An expediated submission was made to land registry to have this updated in the lease title plan and a notice has been raised on 22nd November. 
Please can you indicate who this notice has been raised to? 
How long do they have to reply (everyone is in agreement on the update and no one loses out here so there will be no objections)
Also, given no objections, how long would it take to finalise the update and see it in the title plan?  

The sale of the flat is delayed due to this and it could all fall through which is highly stressful.

Hi Anna - notice has been served on the owner of title SY610088, Reigate Grammar School and they have until 10th Dec to respond. If they don't then the application will be reviewed shortly after expiry of the notice

From 10th December onwards, is there an anticipated timeline for changes like this to be finalised?

Anna - impossible to be definitive as after the 10th the case has to be reviewed again if no replies received. That review usually happens within 48/72 hrs of the date being passed

Understood- and if the School were to confirm there are no issues with the proposed change- could we expect a quick turnaround?
