RX3 update

Please can you provide an update on the progress of the RX3 on the property I am purchasing? I was told this was expedited on the 7th August and two months later have no update.

Hello Tasha - We are waiting for a our query to be resolved by the conveyancer who submitted the application. 

Thank you. I have chased this now. Please can you tell me when the last query was raised? 
My mortgage offer has been extended already and therefore it is imperative that this is resolved urgently. 

Tasha - the original request was made back on 14th August. They responded on 21st August with a reply that suggested they were waiting on more from elsewhere. Nothing since so we contacted them again yesterday to query

Thank-you for the update. Are you able to advise what restriction has been requested to be removed and what is the outstanding information being requested?

Tasha - it's for the conveyancer to go into specific details. There's only one restriction on the title and we need more with regards supporting evidence for it's removal

Hi I have been told that the seller’s solicitors have confirmed with you today that there is no further documents needed and we are now waiting for this to be finalised. Please can you confirm this is the case and how long of a timescale i can expect for this? Thank you for all your help. 

Hi Tasha - they have replied so that goes back to the casework team to review/consider asap as it is expedite. If it's all in order it can be completed 
I can see the seller has also been chasing progress as well so it has been escalated but I can't be definitive re timescale other than asap as one of our lawyers will need to consider their latest response
