Hi Kristen - there's no pending application against that title and we've not had one since 2021. Worth checking with the conveyancer to confirm and ask them for the title number and our (ABR) case reference also<br> DY130759

Hi Kristen - the application was incomplete and the casework team contacted the conveyancer on the 16th June. They await their response<br> DY590265 (provisional New title)
