TP1 Form Status

Hi

We are purchasing a property 115a Derby Road DE75 7QL and the sellers solicitors should have expedited the TP1 form application.  Is there any way you can check the status of this please?

Hi Kristen - there's no pending application against that title and we've not had one since 2021. Worth checking with the conveyancer to confirm and ask them for the title number and our (ABR) case reference also

Hi Kristen - the application was incomplete and the casework team contacted the conveyancer on the 16th June. They await their response
