Enquiry on CN1 application

Hi, hoping you can help. I am in the process of purchasing a property with title number ND133747. We believe the seller's solicitors have made a CN1 application for notice cancellation and the application has been expedited on 1st of May 2026. Please could you confirm if: 1) the application has been made and has been expedited 2) the current status of the application and if there are any recent updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it will affect my ability to proceed with completing the said purchase. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. C.K
