Who do I contact to remove a registered charge from title?

Hello,<br> <br> I am setting up a deferred payment on my father's house for nursing costs. They say the title for his house has a registered charge from Lloyd's Bank from which I believe was from a remortgage over 26 years ago and which he has fully paid off.<br> <br> Who do I contact? Lloyds? Land registry? A solicitior?<br> <br> Many thanks,

Hello Will - Lloyds to ask them to check and confirm it was paid off and to apply to have the entries removed/discharged
