Title register update

Hi,

I have the following title register for the property which i bought in 2021 and the title is not updated with the new co-owner. could you please let me know if it's still in progress?

Hi Reza - we did receive an application from Leonard Solicitors LLP back in February but it was cancelled in late June as it was incomplete.
I would recommend contacting the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify when they intend to resubmit as appropriate

Hi Reza - I'm afraid not and I would suggest you simply contact your conveyancer and ask them why the register has not been updated
I'll see if I can remove them for you

Just wondered if the new application has been submitted for the matter we discussed a few weeks ago or anything new has happened to progress the update?

Hi Reza - Expedition reduces the remaining wait time and most expedited applications are considered within 2 weeks of the expedition approval.

Expedition does not wave the registration requirements including any wider checks we may need to make or where we have to request more information from the applicant. Just because an application has been expedited does not mean it will be completed within 2 weeks. If you are using a conveyancer then in most cases they can track progress of the application online through their secure portal.

Hi Reza - it's still with us and we contacted the conveyancer on the 25th Nov as we needed more information. They have yet to reply.
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify specific details as to what's still needed and when they hope to reply
