Title deed expedited but not heard a response

Hello,<br> <br> Purchase of our new family home has slowed right down. We need to know if the process is going to be fairly straightforward/ timescale from now on as our children are due to start their new school in new area after half term (1 week away).&#160;<br> <br> There is an application pending with the land registry In the process of registering the deed of ascent. We waiting to hear the outcome of the application. Any ideas re outcome would be greatly appreciated.<br> <br> Title number: CL59847 20 Chycoose Parc, point, Cornwall, Tr3 6NT

Is it a straightforward matter (days/week) or something that could take longer (weeks/months)?<br> <br> Thanks again for your help

If they provide the additional information and amended paperwork then the application could be completed relatively swiftly. But until we have the full details it's impossible to offer an idea of days/weeks/months as their reply will decide how 'high' (lawyer for example) it has to go for final approval<br> If it becomes a legal issue and a lawyer is involved at our end then it could be weeks rather than days<br> CL59847&#160;
