Update on expedited application

Hi.<br> <br> I am currently stuck at the bottom of a chain of four. The chain is waiting for the registration of YEA113876, which is at the top of the chain. The chain is at high risk of collapsing as it is getting really close to the expiry date of the mortgage offer. I would really like to avoid that. I understand that it has been expedited since last month, and the notice expired on 2nd September. Is there any way I can get an update on when the process will be completed?<br> <br> Thank you.

Hi Edvyn - The application has been pending because of queries that we had raised.&#160; We have received response from the lodging solicitors in the last couple of days which is being considered.&#160; If the response is satisfactory then I would expect the application to be completed shortly.&#160; If not, then it will depend on how soon the queries can be resolved.&#160;<br> I hope this is of some help.&#160;

Hi Edvyn - I can now confirm that the registration was completed a short time ago and confirmation issued to the lodging conveyancers.&#160;
