Details of the lease differ in the Register and the Lease Deed document

The Property being 6 Ealing Court Mansions, St. Mary's road, and garage W5 5EY is a Leasehold Property and has the Title Number AGL59637.

The Register shows the Term of the Lease as 99 years from 1 August 1996, however, the Lease Deed dated 30 April 1997 shows the Term as 125 years rom 1 August 1996.

Please advise why this discrepancy exists and what is the correct Term of the Lease.
