I have filed a HR1 form under the family law

Please could someone let me know how loing before I will get a response on my application under HR1 - under faily law for the landregistry to let me know that they have updated my interest. I have filed by post on 19/09/2025.<br> <br> Thank you&#160;<br> Sye

Sye - it's likely to be a while before any application is processed but the casework team will contact you as appropriate when processing starts.<br> The application/your rights are protected from the date of receipt though so a long wait is very rarely an issue.
