Purchase of Freehold

Hi, we purchased the freehold of our property at the beginning of April 2025. Can you please check for me if this has been updated. Title register MS546843 the lessee title is MS426115.<br> thank you.

Hi Michelle - We do not have any application pending against the title MS546843.&#160; An application to register change of ownership was submitted in June and we completed it on 3 September.&#160; Confirmation was issued electronically to the conveyancers who submitted the application.&#160;<br> <br> There is currently an application to amend the register of title MS426115.&#160; This is being considered at the moment.&#160;&#160; &#160;

Can you please confirm if no.9 is still showing on the title number MS546843 as we completed a TP1 form back in April.<br> &#160;

Michelle - No. 9 is still part of the freehold under title MS546843, and registered as a leasehold under title MS426115.&#160;<br> <br> We have no record of an application to register a transfer of part involving No. 9 being submitted to us.&#160;

Hi, can you please let me know if you now have a TP1 application pending for 9 Troutbeck Grove ? Title register MS546843 the lessee title is MS426115, thank you.
