Hi Adam,<br> <br> Not sure whether this forum is still monitored.&#160;<br> <br> I am in the process of purchasing a leasehold property, and the seller's solicitors are in contact with land registry regarding an update to the lease on record (certified copy of the original lease to be annexed to the existing records, and the removal of a void document which was apparently incorrectly annexed during a previous sale).<br> <br> However, this has been sitting with land registry for over a month according to the seller's solicitors, and is causing a delay to the purchase.<br> <br> Are you able to check where this is please, and whether HMLR are waiting on anything from the solicitors?<br> <br> 55 Exeter Road, Walthamstow, E17 7QZ
