Application to remove charge Section 15 of the Endowments and Glebe Measures Act 1976

We are purchasing title NT343918

The vendors solicitors should have made an application and request to expedite. Can you confirm you are in receipt of this request?

There is a charge from 1999 registered on the title.

 The land is subject to such easements as affect the same by virtue of Section 15(1)(B) of the Endowments and Glebe Measure 1976.

 My conveyancing solicitor has advised.

 Section 15 of the Endowements and Glebe Measures Act 1976 has now been repealed and would therefore request that entry C1 of the title NT343918 is removed by the Land Registry.

Can you please confirm when this will be actioned?

We have a mortgage expiry due soon and a chain. This title is the final chain and we are at the stage of exchange and completion. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jordan - is that the correct title number? No such entry appears in the C Charges Register and no (recent) application submitted either

Typo. Please see Title Number NT343918

Its in the Charges, from when the land was purchased from the church many years ago.

Hi Jordan - no apology needed but still no application against that title as yet. It has the entry you refer to so that's the correct one.
Spreading the net wider I can see we did have an enquiry on 13th May which was responded to on 14th to advise them that we would need an application to be submitted. Nothing has happened since
