Hi

There is a trust placed on a property with a form b restriction.  The trust is to be redone to change the trustees, the problem is that the current trustee (solicitor) is also named as a proprietor on the title deeds how do we go about removing not only the restriction but their name from the title deeds, is it possible to do yourself and if so which forms would be needed?

Hi Andrew - please see our PG 24 for guidance. You don't have to use a conveyancer but we always recommend that you do as they not only understand the forms/process but can also advise on the trust and wider impact as appropriate
