How do I update my address on the Charges Register?

Hi,
I have a charge on a property that I do not own. How do I update my address that is held on the charges register for the Title register?

Hi Tony - you can apply on form AP1 (panels 1-7 inc and 15) and ask us to update your address for service as appropriate

Sorry, a further question... which fee applies to making this change as I'm just updating my address on the Charge Register?
