New Title Registration for Newbuild

Hello,

please could you help, title СВ459166 is pending registration so my purchase of this property cannot go through without substantial risks. Is thee any way to expedite the first registration from the developers to the housing association so that I have the title to prove they own it and for my mortgage lender too?

No as the title number you quoted is not a valid one - can you check and confirm please?

CB459166 (Parent Title)
HM Land Registry Reference MB772D0

Many thanks - CB488144 is the new title and the application is unlikely to be processed for some time yet.
