I bought this property freehold in April 2022. Soon after the purchase the conveyancers went into administration and another solicitor firm took over to handle finalisation. They told me that the Land registry had not been properly set up and that I would have to pay them more in order for it to be finalised. Some weeks later they came back to me and told me they were mistaken and that in fact the Land Register was correct and sent me the Official Copy of the Registry of Title. I have since learned that that may not be the case and the property is showing as leashold on your map. Can you please confirm that this is not the case and all instances show as freehold.
