Dear Sirs

I am handling the sale of 72 Forest Road, Liss, Hampshire GU33 7BL. The property is ready to exchange contracts with the exception of a correction in relation to B5 of the Proprietorship Register. Could you advise on the current situation relating to this matter and approximate timescale of it being resolved?

Dear Thomas - we had an enquiry from a conveyancer re that property and an amendment but that was responded to on the 19th November. No error was made in completing the registration so if the restriction needs to be cancelled, withdrawn or amended in some way then we will need a formal application to do so as appropriate
