Hello, Is there any difference if either I (seller) or my solicitor expedites an enquiry? We are short of time so I want to take the quickest route possible.

Thanks

Hello - either can. Whilst we would expect the lodging solicitor/conveyancer to take the lead re such requests it can be either.

Thank you Adam. My solicitor is on holiday so I will do this as the seller.

I have additional documents I need to attach to my application (certified copy of a lease) to help the records be updated quickly. How can I best attach these to an existing application? Enquiry Reference: 241105-3991562, Title Number: AGL341547

Thanks

Lucy - you can submit additional paperwork using the enquiry/contact form you refer to. They will then be considered on merit.
I mention that solely because if the solicitor lodged the application then it is theirs to update re additional paperwork. If the casework team have any issue with your submissions then they will raise that as appropriate
