Hi 
Ref title- NT579376 64-66 Forest Rd West NG7 4EP 
We are in desperate need of the updated title for a lease that we completed on in Feb 2023. We are trying to refinance the building to pay off our development loan and are unable to do so without the updated title. Our solicitor requested expidite in mid-June, but we recently discovered the request was incorrectly rejected. 
This has now been approved; and our solicitor has responded to all requisites. 
Our issue now, is that there apparently 2 applications ahead of ours, as the title has many leases on it, not just ours. 
We cannot progress to completion without them being done first according to our solicitor. She has advised that on the portal, it shows that their requistions were asked for back in July by Land Registry.  
Seeing as they have not yet responded; are we able to jump ahead of them to get our title released? 
I read online that there is usually a time frame given for response, of which they are well over? 
The finance is costing us over £500 a day and we are running the risk of bancrupcy if we cannot complete on our mortgage to pay this off. 
We are getting beyond desparation and would appreciate any help. Thank you

Hi Aimee - the situation is as you have stated and we are waiting on the other conveyancer firm to respond to our request on the earlier application. They have until the 25th to do so and we recently contacted them to advise as such.
If they don;t respond we will complete the registration and therefore hopefully your one as well.
In the circumstances I would suggest asking your own conveyancer to contact the other firm to see if they can assist
