Hi Paul - the application was submitted in May and is waiting to be processed. That may not be for a while yet as we have a backlog of this type of work currently. The conveyancer will be notified once the title has been updated <br> SYK17515

Hi my solicitor sent the paperwork to add my wife to the deeds for my house in November 2024 it hasn't been actioned yet as I discovered when putting the house on the market. Would someone be able to update me?<br> property address is 41 Grovehill Road, Beverley, HU17 0EA. <br> Thank you

Hi Peter - the application was submitted in March and coincidentally completed yesterday (22nd Sept). Your conveyancer should be able to confirm

Peter - the Transfer was dated Nov 2024 but the application was submitted in March 2025<br> You can apply by post for a copy of the application form AP1 dated 26th March 2025 for a fee - <a href="https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-property-and-land/copies-of-deeds">Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK</a>
