Bankruptcy Act 1914 notice

Good morning.  We are dealing with a title which has a Section 42 Bankruptcy Act 1914 notice registered at Part B, the notice having been entered, it would appear, following a 'voluntary deed' in 1978. 

The proprietor to whom the notice refers having died.

Could you advise of the mechanism/requirements to remove the notice please.
