Find "copy filed" restrictive covenants

Hi,<br> <br> In the Charges Register of title number WM879048 it says:<br> &quot;A Transfer of the land in this title dated 9 March 2006 made between (1) Crest Nicholson (Midlands) Limited and (2) Jamie Brian Skelding and Kristina Wilson contains restrictive covenants. ¬NOTE: Copy filed.<br> <br> When I purchased the electronic copies of the title register and the title plan there were no other documents available.<br> <br> Please would you advise how can I find out what is contained within the restrictive covenants?<br> <br> Thanks.
