Title deed delay question

Hello, I hope it is okay to ask here. I purchased the house at 22 Nov. 2024(hmlr ref: N222KRT, title no. MM150751). 17 Monts ago. But still I didn't receive title deed. I asked solicitor and hmlr but answer was wait and escalated. I want to know what is current status. And how what should I do to expedite it? Would you please advise me? Best regards Dongjjn Han
