Restriction Removal Expedite timescale

Hi Team,

Please could you confirm the status of the application to remove the restriction on title BK87338?

I understand an expedited application was submitted on 13 November 2025. Could you confirm whether the restriction has now been removed, and if not, how long it is likely to take?

Hi Asad - The application submitted on 13 November was completed on the same day and confirmation sent to the firm who submitted it.  There is no application pending against the title.

Conveyancer said they were still waiting for restriction to be removed.

Sorry to ask again but 

Just to confirm — does this mean the B6 and B7 restrictions have now been removed from the leasehold title BK87338, and the register is fully updated?

Hi Asad - The application submitted to us on 13 November was to a restriction in favour of Ecovision (entry B7 on register edition dated 14 November 2024).  This was removed and a new edition dated 13 November 2025 created.  

There are no applications for removal of other restrictions.
