Covenant Consent

Hello there,

We have recently obtained Covenant Consent from the beneficiary of a restrictive covenant on our freehold title in order to proceed with a planned extension to our property.

Do we need to file this letter with the Title Deeds held by HMLR and if so what form is needed ?

Hello Gerry - no as we don't register/record the benefit of said covenants or link directly to the planning process.
