Restrictions on property number HP576315

Good morning, we have run into delays with the conveyancing solicitors, so much that the buyers have pulled out. The delays were due to restrictions on the register for HP576315. We have contacted the creditors and they were satisfied that the debts were satisfied and that they would issue a certificate of satisfaction via their legal team to the Land Registry. Is there any way we can see if the restrictions have now been removed.

G M Martin - three pending applications to remove restriction(s) submitted 7th, 9th and 16th Feb. All now waiting to be processed and that's unlikely to be for a few months at least based on current processing times
If there's an urgency, so a confirmed purchase, then a request to expedite can help reduce that wait time so that processing occurs much sooner. 
HP576315 - ABR Y377LHT is the most recent application so if a request to expedite is to be submitted then I would suggest that is the one to request as it will then hasten the other two as well

Good morning Martin - The expedite was approved and the application was completed on 5 April 2023.  Confirmation of the application being completed was issued electronically to the conveyancers who submitted it.
