Hi Purchasing a property through auction and conveyancer has noted that the Title has a restriction for Adjudicator. Is it correct that this will be 'overreached' by the sale by the first mortgage company/charge by way of a TR2? The Title number is CYM122477. Thank you for any confirmation.

Hi Natasha - as it was registered after the legal charge it will be overreached. Please refer to section 2.2.8 of PG 75 for guidance
