Good evening
We are in the process of purchasing a property and the only hold up is an apparent restriction or charge on the property
Further questions have been asked and escalated to a senior lawyer.
This information we are getting from our solicitor.
The property address is 72 Castleton road, Seaton carew ts25 1ea.
As the buyers we don't know a lot at the moment only that we are getting different stories from either side.
Hope you can help

Good Morning Jonathan - the application is still with us and correspondence has been ongoing for some time with the conveyancer as we needed more information from them. We have just received a further reply (yesterday) so that will be considered as part of the process and next steps decided. As it's still expedited that will happen asap
I would suggest making a note to post again in a few days time and we can check for an update as appropriate

Hi Adam
What exactly is the problem, is it likely to be approved as we are close to our mortgage offer running out.
Thanks

Morning Jonathan - you'll need to speak to the conveyancer directly to satisfy any curiosity I'm afraid. The casework team contacted them on the 1st Feb and await their reply. Their application cannot be completed without more information from them
