Removing name from Deeds during Covid.

Hello, 20% of a property was transferred to my wife by her ex husband (divorced 35 years ago), for no monetary gain, and we applied to have his name taken off in Feb/March 2021, during Covid. We posted the forms TR1 , AP1 and ID3 on Feb 11th 2021, but we have no recollection of any confirmation of this. Also I believe we forwarded additional information to corroborate the facts. The title number is K116593. Should all be in name of Valerie Hill. Please help, thank you.

Confirmation was issued to the two of them at the Gravesend address provide don the application form You can check and confirm the register online for a fee at any time - https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry

You can apply by post for a copy of the Transfer if you wish to check/confirm. Hi, getting a bit confused now, looked at the gov.uk link and there is no mention of 'transfer' documents? Where , how do I ask for these? Thanks again.
