HR1 Notice Removal

My ex husband had an HR1 notice on my property and was told by the courts to remove it but I have not heard anything. How can I find out if he has done it before I take him.back to court? 

Deborah - you can check the register online or share the title number and I can check and advise Y/N re an application having been submitted 
I should add that if the divorce has been finalised then you can also apply by post to cancel the Notice from the register - form HR4. But do appreciate that if the court ordered him to do so then there is more to consider

Thank you for your reply. I was not aware that I could now apply for it to be removed so will bear that in mind. 

Before I do I would like to know if he has removed it. The title number is HP214652

Deborah - it was removed back in January. The rights come to an end following the confirmed divorce so either party can apply to cancel from that point onwards

Deborah - as you didn't apply you aren't notified. But glad it was removed as expected/ordered
