We jointly owned our home with my mother in law, who passed away a few years ago. My wife was the beneficiary of her mum's share of our home. I'm afraid I did't do the Land Registry forms at the time so I'm a little behind. We've recently been thinking about moving and it would probably help if I completed the relevant forms with you, an AS1 form I think. Is that all I need to though? I wasn't sure whether I then need a solicitor to separately change title deeds. Am I able to specify ownership proportions on that form?<br> Thank you.
