Why has my application not registered

I bought my house freehold I January a 1950s bungalow.
I'm not on the title,  its been 7 months can anyone explain whats gone wrong and im due to sell in 4 weeks to a buyer, but can't.now.
title number is SY109053 

Also to add this was a probate property of a deceased person where they had a executrix doing the sale of transfer.  Some how wondering if this is the reason why their name hasn't come of the title because they no longer alive?
how do I find out what's happened I'm super stressed as need to sell asap.
