Removal of default Form A restriction (JP1)

Hello, Title for CH594068 was returned with a "No disposition by a sole proprietor" restriction added when it shouldn't have been JP1 application was immediately submitted to get this removed which was accepted on 6th Jan (reference C382FFV) However the estimated completion date is 08 December 2026!! Should it really take this long for a standard restriction removal as the lender is obviously chasing for the updated title
