Upgrade title from Possessory to Absolute

Hi there,<br> <br> We are currently in the process of buying a property which currently specifies the class of title as Title Possessory. Our conveyancer has requested with the sellers conveyancer that this be upgraded to title absolute with an up to date copy of the register title.&#160;<br> <br> I was hoping you have already had the request to upgrade this title and a request from the sellers conveyancer to expedite the application however we haven't had any response from our sellers conveyancer regarding this matter.<br> <br> The buyer of our property had indicated that if we can't complete in July then the transaction is high risk of falling through so I'm really hoping that the application has already been submitted.<br> <br> Is this something you would be able to check? the register title is BK324846. Also would you be able to advise how long this might take to upgrade the title?<br> <br> Anything you can provide would be really appreciated!<br> <br> thank you!<br> <br> Rachel
