Entry Within Title

We are instructed by our client as to a purchase of a property.

There is an entry on the title which is in relation to a Transfer which contains positive covenants. These are of course not transferrable to our client.

Are we able to remove this from the title? if so, how would we do this and what is the fee for the same?

Elena-Rose - personal covenants are removed from a title when a purchase transfer without any indemnity covenants is registered. So if your client is not entering into any personal covenants with the seller then the 'old' covenants will be removed automatically.
