RX4 Form Processing Time

Could you please let me know how long it will take as my mortgage offer will be expired on 31st August 2025.&#160;<br> <br> Please note that they have submitted the application on 21st August 2025 and didn't receive any updates yet.&#160;<br> Looking forward to your reply.&#160;

Syed - that's a very tight timescale. Have you checked with the applicant/your conveyancer to confirm the title number? If so what is it please?

Hi Syed - the application is now with a senior officer to consider if all ok or more still being required<br> I can't be definitive re timescales at this stage but we are talking days in my experience and not weeks<br> BM389556
