RX4 Form Processing Time

To whom it may concern,

I am in process of buying a property and seller has submitted RX4 form to remove some of his restriction in the title plan. Could you please let me know how long it will take as my mortgage offer will be expired on 31st August 2025. 

Please note that they have submitted the application on 21st August 2025 and didn't receive any updates yet.

Syed - that's a very tight timescale. Have you checked with the applicant/your conveyancer to confirm the title number? If so what is it please?

Hi Syed - submitted 20th August. Expedited and partially processed on 21st Aug. We needed more from the applicant and they were contacted same day. They have yet to respond
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify when they expect to respond

Seller confirmed on Monday that they have submitted the statement of truth. Could you please check and expediate the process? 

Hi Syed - they replied late yesterday and that has been referred back to the casework team to consider. The case is already expedited so will be reconsidered asap

Hi Syed - the application is now with a senior officer to consider if all ok or more still being required
I can't be definitive re timescales at this stage but we are talking days in my experience and not weeks

Just following up on the status of application BM389556. It's been a couple of days since it was passed to the senior officer, and I was hoping to check if there are any updates or if the request is close to being approved.

Thanks for letting me know. My understanding is that the application has already been expedited and is now in the final steps. Do you happen to know how much longer it might take? This is the only outstanding matter before the contract exchange, and I have  only received a one-month mortgage extension out of which 3 weeks are left. I really appreciate it if the process could be completed as soon as possible.

Hi Syed - no update as yet and waiting to hear more from casework team. It has already been expedited and escalated. There's nothing more you can do at this stage
