Morning Adam -  Have you received or see any update from the senior case worker regarding their call with the seller’s solicitor? Is there any possibility of the application being approved now? 

I’d be grateful if you could provide an update, as I have limited time left.

Morning Syed - the senior caseworker rang and left a message for the conveyancer to call back. They have yet to do so but of course may do so today

I got an update from seller solicitor that they have reshared  the amended statement of truth to Land Registry.

I checked with seller solicitor and they are awaiting a official receipt from Land Registry on the updated title. Could you please let me know how long it takes for register to update and seller solicitor receive updated register. This is critical as I have couple of days left with tenancy expiry.

Hi Syed - I have responded to your further post in the absence of my colleague. 

Notification of application being completed, together with an official copy of the updated register, is issued electronically at the same as when we complete the application.  It is issued to the person / firm who submitted the application.  

In case of BM389556, this was issued through our Portal to Amity Law at 12:30 on 8 October.

I would like to know if an RX4 application has been received against title WR206822? I believe it was submitted 31/10/25.

Good Afternoon Heather - is that the right title number? It's a pending application to register a new lease submitted some time ago now. Not an RX4 application submitted recently
