Morning Syed - the senior caseworker rang and left a message for the conveyancer to call back. They have yet to do so but of course may do so today<br> BM389556

Could you please let me know how long it takes for register&#160;to update and seller solicitor receive updated register. This is critical as I have couple of days left with tenancy expiry.&#160;<br> &#160;</p> <p>Looking forward to your help.</p>

Hi Syed - I have responded to your further post in the absence of my colleague.&#160;<br> <br> Notification of application being completed, together with an official copy of the updated register, is issued electronically at the same as when we complete the application.&#160; It is issued to the person / firm who submitted the application.&#160;&#160;<br> <br> In case of BM389556, this was issued through our Portal to Amity Law at 12:30 on 8 October.&#160;&#160;<br> <br> I hope this helps.&#160;

Good Afternoon Heather - is that the right title number? It's a pending application to register a new lease submitted some time ago now. Not an RX4 application submitted recently
