Hi - I believe an application has been submitted for a restriction to be removed on title EX974422. Please can you confirm this has been expedited and a rough time estimate for this to be approved?

Hi Kirstin - an application has been received today. And a request to expedite it has also been made If expedition is approved, and no reason to expect it not to be, then generally speaking processing starts within 10 days Everything then hinges on the application being in order and nothing else is required EX974422

Thank you, Adam! I appreciate the quick response. At current processing times, are applications considered sooner than 10 days? My sale/purchase has been going on 6 months (like many transactions, im sure) and this is the last thing needed before we can exchange/complete so i'm super eager to get this sorted!

Kirstin - most expedites are considered within a few days. RX3 applications will most likely need referral to a senior officer and/or wider checks as they are to cancel a restriction and the restrictioner's interest also has to be considered/protected<br> I suggest you post again in a few days and we can check for an update EX974422

Kirstin- processing usually starts with a few days. Restriction removals are rarely straightforward though especially RX3s as they can often require referral to a senior officer and/or wider checks to be carried out Post again in a few days and we can check for an update EX974422

Kirstin - it has and the casework team went back to the conveyancer to request 'more'. They appear to have responded in the last half hour so that response will need to be considered next and a decision made EX974422

Kirstin - it's possible but again this needs to be referred to a senior officer to consider whether what they have now submitted is sufficient
