Charge Removal

I am looking for some help, we have had a charge removed from our title, but this is still pending with Land Registry and is now holding up a re-mortgage. It has been expedited but still nothing Is there anything we can do to progress this

How quick the race is then often will depend on the type of application, how it has been submitted and often, in the case of a charge removal, what wider checks need to complete before the register is updated For example if the removal is by way of a paper form DS1 checks with the lender will be needed and they are given time (3 weeks) to respond.<br> From expedition to updated register could for example be a 5 week race in some cases
