Granting a defined parking space(s) for neighbour on my driveway (easement or lease?)

Good morning,

I would like to grant 1 or 2 defined parking spaces (marked with spray paint) on my large driveway for use by the owners of the neighbouring property as a lease or easement or other agreement.

Can this be done in a similar way to a right of way easement?  Or is it approached differently?

Matt - easements can be created and granted in a number of ways including a lease of easements or a deed of grant. See PG 62 for guidance 
But it's really a legal Q as to what do you both want to do and how do you want to then achieve that in law. Once you've agreed that then you register the outcome so we can't advise you on how to do it or what's best.
