Good evening&#160;<br> <br> I Would like to check on MM44406, I am in the process of purchasing this property however a pending application is still not finalised by land registry as per my solicitor. The application was done in March 2025 and the intermediate title MM90876 still has the property under its register and for that my sale can not be completed due the tittle still being listed under MM90876. I was informed an expedition was done and approved, I have been waiting for 7 months to purchase this property and at present I am sitting with a mortgage due to expire in less than a month. Good Morning Petronella - the applications you refer to are no longer pending. MM90876 was completed at the end of May and the conveyancer informed<br> The application against title MM44406 was not completed but cancelled and the conveyancer informed also<br> I'd suggest speaking to your conveyancer/the seller's conveyancer to confirm and to clarify next steps as appropriate<br> MM44406

Petronella - it is still showing as such as there are numerous prior applications against&#160;MM90876 that have yet to be processed/completed.&#160;That title won't be updated until all the prior applications have been completed&#160;<br> You'll need to discuss that with the conveyancers involved as appropriate
