Unkown Application lodged

I recently sold my property, the completion date was 30.7.25<br> <br> I just had a property alert from HMLR . The mortgage works was the company I had my mortgage with before it was sold and paid off. Its is not the mortgage company of the new owner.<br> <br> Where can I fond out what this is for ? Andrew - you can contact the applicant, your old lender or contact your conveyancer/buyer's conveyancer or make a postal search using form OS3.<br> But seems you already have an idea as to what their application relates to as you have paid off the mortgage when selling. Lenders 'discharge' their mortgage electronically by applying direct to us to update the register
