transfer of title in part - can i have an update on progress

Im awaiting a transfer of title in part to be completed and am wondering if an update could be provided. My mortgage lender is awaiting the updated title in order to proceed with the outright purchase. Would it be possible to have an update on the title CYM134924 please.
