Title transferred to 'executors' of deceased but now one executor has died so other inherits.

I am writing this query pp my wife Mrs Adrienne Coupe<br> <br> My father died in 2001. My brother and I were appointed as executors but my brother did not register himself and me as the new title holders despite assurances that he would do so and the property is still registered as 'the executors' of.......<br> <br> My brother died recently leaving me as the sole surviving executor and I wish to have the registry updated to reflect this with the property registered solely in my name.&#160;<br> What forms do I need to fill out? I have certified copies of grant of probate and death certificate.&#160;

In addition to the requirements indicated there you should include documentary evidence of your brother's death, i.e. Probate.
