ID1 Electronic signature

I require an urgent verification/certification of an ID1 identity form for another of the shared Freeholders in a property that is due to exchange contracts shortly on the sale of my flat. The Freeholder lives in Ireland and so due to the urgency can HMLR accept a verified ID1 using an online solicitor's portal signed electronically by the Freeholder so the form can be sent directly to my solicitor in Cumbria rather than posted back to Ireland for wet ink signature?
