I posted an OC2 request to HM Land Registry Citizen Centre, Bilston, relating to title SF646593 (Hurst Farm, Pinfold Lane, Abbots Bromley) requesting historic transfer documents. Royal Mail shows delivery on Monday. Is there any way to confirm whether the request has been received/logged for processing?

Thanks Adam, I appreciate the quick reply to this. I understand the process to be scanning it in first. Then it might show as received?

Mark - that's correct. However if it arrived Monday then it should be in the system and searchable b y me and it's not. Has your payment cleared?

Hi Adam Thanks again for checking. Payment was by postal order rather than cheque, so I can’t see whether it has been redeemed. I do still have the receipt. Voucher ID: 1126891832 Postal order reference: 98262169112689183233 Royal Mail shows delivery to Bilston on Monday. I’m happy to leave it another few days if there’s occasionally a delay between delivery and the request appearing on the system. Thanks for your help, its really refreshing at how prompt your replies have been. Much appreciated, Mark

Hi Mark - many thanks and all noted and appreciated. I'm not aware of such delays between receipt and scanning but let's see as you suggest. Daft Q but I assume the title number was included on the form OC2 correctly? It is a daft Q as the register refers to two filed transfers so I assume your request was for one or both so no other title referred to. Can you submit a contact us form with the details you have shared above and to query receipt/lack of progress please? That way it's in the system for the support team to follow through to check if something has goner awry - we can't do that via the forum.
