Hi. I have an Anti- fraud Restriction (known as a Form LL) registered against my property. This is phrased as follows. How do I remove this? And how likely is the process likely to take? 'RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a certificate signed by a conveyancer that the conveyancer is satisfied that the person who executed the document submitted for registration as disponor is the same person as the proprietor. RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the Charge dated 15 August 2019'

Hi Sanjoy - form RX3 plus conveyancer's certificate to comply with the restriction wording https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/cancel-a-restriction-registration-rx3

The second restriction re the charge is linked to the legal charge itself and would not need removing until the charge is paid off/discharged
