I have received a Property Alert notification, reference: 5763344.

I'm not sure what this means?

Hi Stephen - You have received the notification because an application to update the title register has been submitted to us on the title that you are monitoring. 

We would not reveal specific details of the application on the forum but I can tell you that we are yet to examine or process the application.  Once we start processing it and there is any reason that we need to inform the registered owner(s) then we will do so. 

If you are not aware what the application is about and why, then you need to contact the firm who submitted the application.
